No person under eighteen (19)
years of age may stay overnight in any
residence for more than ninety (90) days
in any calendar year.
The Community is intended for
occupancy in sales and leasing in strict
compliance with the foregoing age
restriction. The
Community complies with the requirements
of the Housing for Older Person Action
of 1955 and is an Adult Retirement
Community providing housing for older
persons as defined in Florida Statutes,
Section 760.22.
